Lesson 1 - Working with Self and Peer Review Assessments

Introduction
Sandi knows that allowing students to review and assess their peers assignments facilitates collaboration and student engagement in the learning process, so she decides to use the new Self and Peer Assessment functionality provided by Blackboard. She creates assignments that students submit for peer review. Also, she creates assessment criteria that students will use to grade their peers. She also allows each student to self-evaluate. After all students have graded their peers, she sends the results to the grade center, so the scores can be included in the total grade calculations.

At the end of the semester, she exports all the self and peer assessments and imports them in her next semester course.
